Video content is growing rapidly on the internet.  According to a  Cisco study  video will comprise 79% of internet traffic by 2018.  We all know video is growing. Where once we were reading blogs, now people are creating videos.  According to Youtube:

Figuring out Accessibility

My journey started back in 2013 when I received a link to the Israeli Justice department’s Web Accessibility laws.  The guidelines are in Hebrew and are based on the international standard of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
